Tinker

Tinker is a clever, social rat who learns hand cues in two or three sessions and rides shoulders like he was born for it. He lost his brother to old age last month and is currently bonded to two other neutered males in our care.

Adoption requires keeping the trio together. Rats need at least 2 cubic feet of vertical cage space per rat, varied enrichment, and out-of-cage time daily. Lifespan is short — 2 to 3 years — and that's the hardest part.
