Beans

Beans is a tiny dust-storm of energy. She digs, she stashes seeds in surprising places, and she grooms her cagemate Lentil with great seriousness.

Beans must be adopted with Lentil — they're a bonded pair from the same litter and separating gerbils causes them serious stress. Both come with a 40-gallon bin setup recommendation; a small cage will not do.
